Your phone number may also be used for the purpose of Astrologers connecting with you via phone call when you have requested to talk with them on the website. Your phone number will never be shared with the Astrologers directly – when you are contacted via phone call, it is only through our service ‘Astrologer connect’ whereby you receive a phone call from the astrologer that you have chosen to consult with, with the website as the intermediary, so that your private phone number remains private, unknown, and unknowable to any third parties including Astrologers, and you are still able to use your phone to speak with them, as per your convenience. Additionally, you are required to provide your first name. Last name, and date of birth (DOB) are optional - these details are not mandatory to provide during the registration process. If provided, this information will be stored and used in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and for the purposes described in this policy.

PURPOSE AND USE OF DATA/INFORMATION COLLECTION

By collecting this information, Astroxpert aims to create a personalized user profile that can cater to your specific needs and preferences. However, if you choose not to provide your date of birth, it won't hinder the registration process, and you can still access the services offered by Astroxpert with your verified phone number.

Profile Deletion

Delete Profile: If you wish to delete your entire Astroxpert profile, you can find an option to "Delete your account". Click on this setting option in the side menu and follow the instructions and complete the account deletion process.

Users must also note that personal information collected by Astroxpert will be retained for as long as reasonable to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and to provide a smooth, quick and easy experience for users, or as required by law.

CONSENT MANAGEMENT

Astroxpert is committed to complete and total transparency when it comes to our handling of your data.
